Ardent costs $849 per month per practice. That covers unlimited scheduled and on-demand verifications, with no per-verification or rush charges.
Every verification on your schedule, filled on your exact benefit worksheet; payer portal, faxback and insurer-call checks; the completed work and notes saved in your PMS; automatic schedule monitoring; and support by call, text or email, around the clock, with a response in under 15 minutes and direct access to the founders.
At 500 verifications a month, about $1.70 each. Outsourced verification runs about $6.50 to $8.25 per check and $12.50 or more for a rush (Dental ClaimSupport), so 500 checks a month outsourced cost $3,250 or more. Compare outsourcing, in-house staff and software.
No. Ardent is month to month: the subscription renews each month, and either side can end it with thirty days’ written notice, effective at the end of the monthly period. The Terms of Service set out the details.
Yes. If you end your first subscription within 30 days, Ardent refunds what you paid for that period, so a practice can see its own schedule verified before committing. The Terms of Service set out the guarantee.
